Dr. Jenna Andrews-Swann
Associate Professor of Anthropology
Biography
Dr. Jenna Andrews-Swann has been on the faculty at ³Ô¹Ïtv since 2011. She teaches courses in anthropology and environmental science that focus on the interconnectedness of culture, people and place. Much of her recent research includes supervising ³Ô¹Ïtv students working to understand topics like local perspectives on sustainability and food security. She has published in the fields of environmental anthropology, pedagogy and foodways. Andrews-Swann is also proud to serve on the faculty teams that administer the environmental science bachelor's degree and the anthropology minor at ³Ô¹Ïtv.
Andrews-Swann lives in Athens, and when she's not working, she enjoys cooking, hiking, vegetable gardening, fly fishing and spoiling her two dogs.
